あげ棒(肉厚の油揚げ)や豆腐コロッケもお勧めです
The tofu has a strong taste and is completely different from major products.
Fried sticks (thick fried) and tofu croquette are also recommended.

豆腐屋さんが作る本格豆腐といった感じですね。
昔は移動販売もあった気がするのですが今はやってないのかしら。
I still like it and eat it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仙台で一番美味しいお豆腐屋さんから、塩釜にも美味しいお豆腐があると聞いてお邪魔いたしました。豆乳や生湯葉や油揚げはもちろんのこと本にがりの豆腐(特に寄せ豆腐)は絶品です。
I heard from the most delicious tofu shop in Sendai that Shiogama also has delicious tofu. Not only soy milk, raw yuba and fried tofu, but also book bittern tofu (especially tofu) is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 塩竈市で開催されていた角の市というイベントで食べたのがこのお店を知ったきっかけ。スーパーで買う豆腐よりも断然おいしい！（もちろん値段は高いですけど）。もめんと絹ごしがありますが、私の好みは絹ごし。本当にシルクのような食感で、下の上でとろけていきます。また素材である大豆の味がしっかり感じられるのも特徴で、しょうゆをつけてもおいしいですが、そのまま食べても素材のやさしい味に包まれるおいしさ。
油揚げや豆腐ドーナッツも気になりますので、次回は購入してみたいと思います。
I learned about this restaurant when I ate it at an event called Kado no Ichi, which was held in Shiogama City. It's definitely better than the tofu you buy at the supermarket! (Of course the price is high). There are momen and silk, but my favorite is silk. It has a really silky texture and melts on the bottom. Another feature is that you can feel the taste of soybeans, which is the ingredient, and it is delicious even with soy sauce, but even if you eat it as it is, it is deliciously wrapped in the gentle taste of the ingredients.
I'm also interested in fried tofu and tofu donuts, so I'd like to buy it next time.
