Mi abuelo nació en Katta-gun Enda-mura, Miyagi el 05 de noviembre de 1891 y vino a América en 1908. creo que tenía varios hermanos en Sendai.
Creo que ustedes podrían ser parte de mi familia. Queremos entablar contacto y crear puentes de amistad con toda la familia. También quisiera invitarlos a Lima, Perú.

Hello, I am Peruvian and I am looking for my grandfather's family Makabe Kanekichi.
My grandfather was born in Katta-gun Enda-mura, Miyagi on November 5, 1891 and came to America in 1908. I think he had several brothers in Sendai.
I think you could be part of my family. We want to make contact and create bridges of friendship with the whole family. I would also like to invite you to Lima, Peru.

A small tofu shop in the town of Matsushima. The price is reasonable and delicious, and Yuba and Atsuage are highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matsushima's only tofu maker selects the soybeans for flavor, and the "Tsuki Matsushima" tofu is rich with flavor, indeed. I find it goes best with a light sauce- no need to drown it in a heavy soy sauce for it to be enjoyable. I want to try the "yuba" tofu sheets which you can apparently eat like sashimi sliced fish.
The donuts here are also made with soy and are chewy and a bit lighter than a normal donut. I found this a great snack to share with visiting friends.
