旅	旅行大好き寺マニア on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豆腐工場？の本当に片隅にある販売所です。駐車場は入口の裏側にあります。看板はあるもののまさに作業中という感じで入っていいのか不安になりますが、ガラス戸を開けると野菜と豆腐が売られています。豆腐ドーナツは忙しい時期は作っていないようです。ザル豆腐、三角揚げ、豆腐ステーキを買いました。ザル豆腐はまるでクリームチーズのような感じですごく豆の味が濃厚で本当に美味しい。醤油、だし醤油、オリーブオイルと塩なども試してみましたが、何もかけずに食べるのが一番美味しい。スイーツ的な楽しみもできそうな感じだったので蜂蜜をかけても美味しいかも。食べ物にこだわりのある子供がバクバクすごい勢いで食べたので本当に美味しいのだと思います。三角揚げはレンチンの後トースターで少し焼いてみましたが最高！米油で揚げているというのが分かる！すごく軽くて油っぽさが全くない。醤油を少し垂らすと豆腐の部分に染み込んでたまらない美味しさ。リピーター確実です。 Tofu factory?
