★ ★ ★ ★ ★ １６号線町田方面より八王子方面に向かう第二交通機動隊相模原分駐所があります。普段ここでの一斉検問など見たことありませんが、大変嫌らしいことに月に何度かここで「シートベルトとスマートフォン」目視検挙しています。分駐所手前１００ｍ付近に１，２名が目視確認して、違反者は相模原分駐所内に誘導して検挙する「約２名」で切符きる。時々反対車線でも行いますので相模原分駐所付近１キロ付近では注意ですね。時間は午後が多い１４：００～１７：００までＡＭ検挙活動見たこと無いです。「みなさん注意してくださいね」
