買った車はトヨタ車ではなくスバル車でした。
もうここのお店はアルファード系の専門店のようなので
私のようなことは起きないとは思いますが。
店長はいい人なんですけど、着いた営業さんは買った車が悪ったのか自宅から遠い所からなのか、買ったら終わりの対応でした。
買う際の約束(追加の鍵)を果たせない。
最初、鍵の発注はしてくれたのですが、鍵の登録の際も詳細説明が無かった為、2度も遠いディーラーに出向き、来た鍵は目的とは違う鍵でした。コレはあらかじめ確認を怠った為で業者任せの適当な仕事の現れです。
その後目的の鍵をお願いしたのに関わらず
全く連絡が無く4ヶ月が過ぎて2回目の点検の際に問い合せた所、忘れたという言葉が出てこない、発注がされてないようです とのお言葉。ビックリです。
点検依頼の時も年末で忙しかったようで点検が出来ず、普通だったら年明け営業開始スグに営業さんの方から連絡が来るのでしょうけど、全く無く。やはり買ったら終わりなんだな、と感じました。
もう付き合ってられないのでこの店とは縁を斬ることにしました。
車買うのにGoogle見て買う人いないと思いますけど車には文句は無いし、車には罪はありませんが車の購入ってやはり人と人の付き合いだとも思うので信頼を無くすような営業さん(s氏)には気をつけて下さい、二度と私のような思いをして欲しくないので投稿しました。

It seems that we were busy at the end of the year when we asked for the inspection, so we couldn't do the inspection. If it was normal, we would be contacted by the sales person at the start of the new business. After all I felt that it was the end if I bought it.
I couldn't get along anymore, so I decided to cut the edge with this shop.
I think that there is no person to buy a car on Google when buying a car, but there is no complaint about the car, and there is no sin in the car, but I think that buying a car is also a relationship between people, so business that loses trust Please be careful to Mr. (s), I did not want to think like me again, so I posted it.

アルファード 専門のトヨタ認定中古車ができたと言うことで、30ヴェルファイアから30アルファードに乗り換えようかと思いお店に行きましたが、出迎えもなし、店内に入って挨拶もされず、席までの案内もされず、店員に声かけても無視されたので帰りました。
まったく接客されなかったのは初めてです。
店内にはスタッフが数名いましたが、フルシカトってどういことでしょうか。
帰りの際もディーラーの営業車が邪魔で自分の車を出すことができず、声かけるまでどかさない。※この時、外に数名スタッフがいたので一回クラクションを鳴らしましたが、見て見ぬ振りw
ディーラーに行ってこんなに嫌な気持ちになったのは初めてです。
その辺にある中古車ですらこんな接客を受けたことはありません。
もう２度とお店に顔を出す事は無いと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客については、感じ方が人それぞれなので、良い悪いの判断は難しい。アルファードを購入という目的なら、この店舗は最適だと思います。理由として、同じトヨタ系の駐車車を扱っている店舗(東京多摩)に行きましたが、そもそもの在庫台数も違います。質の良い車は店頭に並んでいるらしく、それ以外は別で保管されているそうです。駐車スペースが少ないので、周辺の商業施設に停めさせてもらい(買い物前提)来店すると良いと思います。
無事に購入の流れになりました。担当の営業さんは少しおっちょこちょいですが、人柄が伝わり悪い人ではないのがわかります。
参考程度に、30系はコミコミで300万円~が多い。2021.01.22現在

The reason is that I went to a store (Tokyo Tama) that sells the same Toyota-affiliated parked cars, but the number of cars in stock is different in the first place. It seems that good quality cars are lined up in stores, and other than that, they are stored separately. Since there are few parking spaces, I think it's a good idea to park your car at a nearby commercial facility (premise for shopping).
It became a purchase flow safely. The sales person in charge is a little sloppy, but you can see that he is not a bad person because of his personality.
For reference, the 30 series costs 3 million yen or more for comics. As of 2021.01.22
