★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去年、軽を 購入しましたが、皆さんのいわれるとうり対応はよくなかったですね。わたしの場合は納車日に連絡をして、大丈夫とういうへんじをもらったにもかかわらず、二時間近く待たされ車も洗車はおろか、中の清掃もされていないのが一目瞭然。乗って半月もしないうちにエンジン警告灯が黄色で表示されるようになり、ディーラーに確認して貰ったらボディスロットルの一部のセンサーが壊れているので要交換。金額は約１０万かかるとのこと❗急場しのぎの車とはいえ、ここまで後味の悪い業者は初めてでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 軽自動車を25万で購入したのですが、4速オートマと書いて有ったのですが、シフトアップの回数を数えると、2回しか変わらないので、ディーラーに持って行って点検確認してもらった所、3速オートマと言われたので、買って3日目だったので、3速オートマだったら買ってなかったと伝えたら、1万返すから返品しないでくれと言われました。
そして買った当初から、加速が悪いと感じていたのですが、3ヶ月程経って、下り坂なのにブレーキを抜いても動かなくなったのでディーラーに来てもらい、修理してもらった所、ディスクローターが２段になっていて、パッドとローターが固着していたのだろうという事を言われ、変形して完全にうごかなくなったのだろうという事でした。
怪しいと思い、他におかしい所が無いか点検してもらった所、プラグは番数違いが混ざっていたり、ステアリングブーツは切れていたり、ベッドガスケットは抜けていて、プラグホールがオイルで埋まっていたと言われました。
もうすでに3ヶ月も経ってしまったので、返品も効かないだろうし、あきらめて車検残りだけ乗ります。
星1つも付けたくないです。

It's already been 3 months, so I don't think the returns will work, so I'll give up and ride only the rest of the car inspection.

若くて気さくな社員さんが対応してくれました。入社前のマイナス評価からですから大変ですと明るく笑っていたのが印象的でした。
引き渡しの時に所長さんはいませんでしたが下取り車も思ったより高く引き取って頂き自分としては有り難かったです。機会があればまたお世話になりたいです。

その為に汚れで隠してるのかと思った。
写真だけで車買わなくてよかったし、会社の車に対する気持ちもよくわかった。
絶対ここでは買わない。
