遠州焼き、焼きそばを食べましたがどちらも満足です。
また浜松に来た時は立ち寄ろうと思います。

他のお店と大きく違うのが、アッサリ。
目の前で作ってくれますが、油を使っていなかったと思います。
ソースはウスターソース系の為、コッテリ甘いオタフクソースと違い、最後までクドくないです。
マヨネーズはかかっていません。
ねぎ焼きは、本当にネギ沢山ですし、醤油（ソースも選べます）の味とネギの風味が最高です
普段は少食で1枚食べられない母親7?歳も、珍しく1枚完食でした
駐車場は1台分ありますが、店員さんに聞かないと分かりません。
お年寄りご夫婦、焼台1卓のみで営業している、小さなお店です
I ordered okonomiyaki mix and Negiyaki
Assari is very different from other shops.
It makes it right in front of you, but I think it didn't use oil.
Since the sauce is Worcestershire sauce, unlike the sweet Otafuku sauce, it is not kunai until the end.
Mayonnaise is not applied.
Negiyaki really has a lot of green onions, and the taste of soy sauce (you can choose the sauce) and the flavor of green onions are the best.
My mother, 7 years old, who usually can't eat one with a small meal, rarely finished one.
There is one parking lot, but you can't tell without asking the clerk.
It is a small shop that is open only for elderly couples and one yakidai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 遠州焼き最高です！焼くときに油を一切使わないので胸焼けせず沢山食べられちゃいますよ(笑)テイクアウトで焼きそば買って帰りましたがこれまた最高！
裏メニューのお好み焼き屋のサンドイッチというのもあります(笑)
本当におすすめです！
ただ経営されているのが老夫婦の方で跡取りはいないと話されておりました。
本当残念です。

浜松名物、遠州焼き、お好み焼き、焼きそばがメインのメニュー。
どれもとても美味しいです。
It is a traditional okonomiyaki restaurant that makes you feel the Showa era. It's been 70 years since the company was founded. Grandpa and grandma are working together.
The main menu is Hamamatsu specialties, Enshu-yaki, okonomiyaki, and yakisoba.
All are very delicious.
