c	chamcham Cammy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず、この店が☆4.3はやりすぎ。今の状態なら☆２～３というところ！店の外観は昭和初期感あって楽しい。『インスタ蝿しそう～』というやつか。だが肉焼く環境が悪い。炭火なのが絶対に間違っているのだ。火力が弱く、一部分は強過ぎる。ムラが大き過ぎる！！網中央から外れた肉はいつまでたっても冷たいまま、中央ではボウボウ燃えてる。こんな状態では、『この店は焼き肉を分かってない。ただブランド思考で炭火焼きにしてるだけ！』と推察されてしまう。肉は割りとばかでかいまま出されて自分でハサミで切る。でもな、肉が分厚いのに火力がダメ過ぎるんだよ…分かってねえんだ。もしこの店がガスコンロ＋鉄網、にしたら、評価は間違いなく上がる。高火力で安定してバリッ焼けるようになるからだ。肉の質は悪くないし、店内の雰囲気も楽しいのに、炭火焼きなんてさせようとするから台無しになってる。勿体無い店だ！！ First of all, ☆ 4.3 overdoes this store.
