左フロント外装の板金修理に加えて「左フロントガラス損傷＝＞ガラスの破片がインパネに散乱＝＞インパネに傷が付いたためインパネごと新品に交換」という説明が事前にありました。
修理後の明細にも「インパネ交換」が明記されていました。
代車と交換して帰る途中でインパネ下部のドリンクホルダーを開けたところ、なんとガラスの破片が大量に残っていました。
慌てて引き返し状況を説明したところ特に説明もなく掃除機で吸い取り始め、「すみました、どうぞ」で終了。
その2か月後、クーラーを使おうとフロントの吹き出し口を触ったら大粒のガラスの破片がポロッと・・

その節は大変お世話になりました。
さすが保険会社の契約修理工場と思える細やかで誠実な対応でした。
「インパネ交換」、失念されていただけですよね。
