小	小宮山昭一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020/01/26 千曲市のあゆの甘露煮「島屋」砂糖と醤油だけで鮎を煮詰めた鮎の甘露煮の製造元。お土産屋さんだと鮎の形がしっかりした物が売っているけど、島屋さんへ来ると、煮崩れたりしたのを安く買える。　自分や親しい人にあげる分には煮崩れて安いやつで十分満足!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 2019/12/17 千曲川で捕れた鮎を醤油とザラメ砂糖だけで仕込んだ鮎の甘露煮。　ちゃんとした形をしているのは5-8匹で1000円位するのだけど、煮込む過程で身が崩れてしまったのもは安い!!　写真1枚目のパックに入った物で1000円（1080円だったかな？）。真空パックされてないので日持ちはしないけれど、たっぷり食べれて満足度高い!!　お茶漬け用フレークなんか真空パックで250円。「暗い店内ですが営業しています」「がらーんとした店内ですがちゃんとやってます」「建て付け悪くてすみません。←力を入れて開けてください」と自虐的なPOPが何点かあり、ちょっと苦笑してしまった。　POPは自虐的ですが、味は間違いなく美味しいのでお薦めです。 2020/01/26 Ayu's sweet dew boiled "Shimaya" in Chikuma City A manufacturer of sweet dew boiled ayu, which is made by boiling ayu with only sugar and soy sauce.
