カメラ素人の自分にも丁寧に説明をしてもらい、大変好印象でした。

初めから、対応する気の無いような対応。
それでもと、修理を頼むと 高額な費用をふっかけ、無理矢理断らせるように話を進められた。

レンズの無限端がピント合わせないで仕事のお昼休憩に行って、店員さんはライカのレンズと聞いたら「うちは国産のレンズしかやりません。」と断られた。
お店の名前は「東京国産フィルムカメラ修理工房」の方がいいですね。
ご飯も食べず会社に帰った、ムカツク！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まさに「職人」といった感じの店主さん。レンズを分解してもらって、結局修理はできないという結論になったのですが、説明も丁寧でとても納得がいきました。時間と手間をおかけしたのに料金がかからなかったのが、なんだか申し訳なく感じる程。対応が悪いと言っている人は、職人さんに大手カメラメーカーのカスタマーセンター並みの対応を求めているのでしょうか？
