The first floor is the showroom and the second floor is the service center. Issue the required items at the entrance and wait for the order. At Service Center, the sensor cleaning takes about 2 hours, but you may be asked to wait more time if they have lots of camera to be prepared. As July 2016, sensor cleaning costs about 1000¥ Staff are very helpful and professional and some of them can speak english. Edit: the price changed and now is about 3000¥...
