★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、訪れた時には梅花藻が盛り。今回は福寿草がほとんど終わり、二輪草や山葵の花、猫の目草へと移り変わる時季でした。森林、水辺、山里が楽しめる場所。
 Previously, when I visited, plum blossom algae were in full bloom. This time, Amur adonis was almost over, and it was the time to change to two-wheeled grass, wasabi flowers, and cat's eye grass. A place where you can enjoy forests, waterfronts, and mountain villages.

You will be healed by the rich plants and air of the marsh. There is a ski parking lot in front of the headwaters, and you can take a walk on foot. A scale where you can spend a small hour on your way home from Hakuba. Since there is no toilet, minus one star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 勾配緩やかで森林浴を楽しむことができます。ニリンソウ、カタクリ、水芭蕉などが嫌いでした。国道沿いにある割に知る人が少ないので穴場です。仁科三湖、白馬方面のセットでどうぞ。
You can enjoy forest bathing on a gentle slope. I didn't like flaccid anemones, erythronium, and skunk cabbage. It's a little-known spot because few people know it because it's along the national highway. Please use the set for Nishina Sanko and Hakuba.

4月半ばでしたが…風を冷たく感じる日でした。
姫川源流から歩きだし、ドウカク山、親海湿地帯を訳2時間ほどかけて歩きました。
高低差もなく、歩きやすいコースです。
途中、可憐なカタクリの花、かわいい純白のニリンソウに見惚れ、清らかな水芭蕉、川のせせらぎに心まで癒されます。
A wonderful place where erythronium and flaccid anemones are in full bloom
It was mid-April, but ... it was a day when the wind felt cold.
I started walking from the headwaters of Himekawa and walked around Mt. Doukaku and the pro-sea wetlands for about 2 hours.
It is an easy-to-walk course with no height difference.
Along the way, you will be fascinated by the lovely erythronium flowers and the cute pure white flaccid anemone, and you will be healed by the pure skunk cabbage and the murmuring of the river.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自然をよく守る湿原です。色んなお花と植物を観察できました。ウッドの道が歩きやすく、年寄りもお子さんも楽しみできる場所です。自然を満喫できてありがとうございました。
It is a marsh that protects nature well. I was able to observe various flowers and plants. The wood road is easy to walk, and it is a place that both the elderly and children can enjoy. Thank you for enjoying nature.
