★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夫婦で脳ドック検査を受けました。受付から案内のエスコートは高級リゾートホテル並みで気分良く検査を受けることかできました。検査後の結果は医師がとても細かくわかりやすく説明してもらえて大満足でした。駐車場は検査時と午後からの検査結果で２回利用しましたが無料でした。
 The couple had a brain dock test. The escort provided by the receptionist was as comfortable as a luxury resort hotel. I was very happy that the doctor explained the results after the test in a very detailed and easy-to-understand manner. 昔盲腸でもお世話になっている
健康診断では対応もいい
前回は初めて人間ドックを利用させて頂いたが対応は素晴らしかった
終了後の昼食もとても美味しかったです

医者かヤクザか？わたしはなんで時間をさいてここまできたのだろう？悲しすぎる
あとからベテランの看護士がフォローしに話してきたがわたしは全て病院の信用をなくした
星一つも挙げたくない最悪だ

副院長か内科部長か地位のある方なのはわかりますが、患者に対する態度が横柄ですごく不快です。喉が痛くトローチを希望したら、出さない！と、怒鳴られました。
医師の石井正徳という方でしたが、医療をうけ、こんなにも恐怖心を感じたのは初めてです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車椅子で介護が必要な母が骨折し、以前整形外科で2度お世話になりました。
初回のお医者様はとても明るく良い先生で丁寧に状態を説明してくれて「家で見るのが大変だったら1週間程入院しても良いよ〜」と気遣って下さり励みになりました。
2度目はこちらの都合で違う日に行ったためお医者様は違う方で、母は他院で訪問リハビリを利用しているため症状が書いてある書類（名称は忘れてしまいました）が必要で先生に頼んだ所、断固拒否。その断る時の言い方が終始高圧的で終いには目の前でパソコンカチカチしながら「困るんだよね〜こういうのは…」と言っていてイライラしてるのが丸わかりでとても怖かったです。その後も病状について質問できる雰囲気では無く…
後日この事を訪リハの方に話したら、普通は書いて貰える書類みたいです。結局訪リハの病院で（脳外科ですが笑）骨折部位のレントゲンを撮りました(^_^;)
初回の先生はとても良い先生でしたが、トラウマになってしまいもうこちらには行かないです…

医者は問診票と患部を診て結果をいう始末
患者に何があったのか何も聞かない！
数日前に受診した科の話もない
患者のカルテもみていない
もし受診するのであれば問診票に今の症状を細かく書く事をオススメします
そうでないと見てもらえないし質問もされません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近リノベーションしたのか内装がとても綺麗です。事務の方から医療従事者の方まで皆さん礼儀正しく親切で最高の病院です。
ただ入院患者は、高齢者が多く隣の病室の話声が自分の病室まで届き不快感が凄いです。
高齢者は病院は公共施設と認識しているのか？ あるいは自宅と勘違いしているのか？
病院は静かな場所と言う認識はここに入院すると吹き飛びます。
入院患者のマナーの質を向上させる事を切に望みます。
The interior is very beautiful, probably because it was recently renovated. Everyone from clerical staff to medical staff is polite, kind and the best hospital.
However, many inpatients are elderly, and the voice of the next hospital room reaches their own room, which makes them very uncomfortable.
Do elderly people recognize hospitals as public facilities? Or are you mistaken for your home?
The perception that a hospital is a quiet place is blown away when you are admitted here.
I sincerely hope to improve the quality of inpatient etiquette.
