すぐに返信が来て、自宅へも３０分ほどで時間通り来てくれました。
迅速に対応して頂きとても助かりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トイレの流れがだんだん悪くなり、つまったようなので、修理に来ていただきました。依頼してから数十分で来てくれて、到着後すぐに作業開始してあっという間に直してくれました。節水タイプのトイレなので、水を多めに流すようにアドバイスもしてくれてありがたかったです。突然のことで痛い出費ではありますが、対応には大変満足です。直していただきありがとうございました！

これから使っていく中、もし調子が悪くなったときの対応で、本当の評価ができるものと思います。
また、急遽、別の蛇口の修理をお願いしましたが、てきぱきと直してくださりありがたかったです。

クラシアンさんに相談の電話をした所直ぐに来て下さり現状と改善を提案して頂きました。説明もわかりやすく見積もりも明確でしたので他業者を断り高圧洗浄をお願いしました。住居が2階なのですが寒い中何度も上がったり下がったりしながら作業して下さり詰り水漏れも改善されとても満足しました。他の配管もぜひお願いしたいと思っております。ありがとうございました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マンションのもともと付いていたトイレで経年劣化でシャワーの水漏れで交換でしようと思っていたところ、色々自分で調べたり見積もりは１社さんとですが、あまり変わらなかったのと、コロナ禍で他の３社さんは製品の入荷がなく年末の忙しい時期で年明け以降ぬる中、その日にすぐ来て見て、こちらの要望を聞き、次回メンテナンスしやすいようセパレート型、価格も製品により3パターン提示で、家族と話して納得のいく価格でした。
工事もこちらの候補日直近で、午前中には完了し、迅速丁寧な対応で有り難かったです。
