★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 無理な営業はしないとありましたが、まさにその通りでした。社長さんも、部長さんも皆さん良い方でした。
店内も綺麗でした。
 Although there was no unreasonable sales, that was exactly the case. The president and the general manager were all good people.
The store was also beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 営業担当さんも丁寧で施工業者さんもいい仕事してくれます。木造２世帯注文住宅を建てたのですが狭い土地に住み心地の良い家を建ててくれました。社長も気さくで良い建築士でここで家を建てて良かったと思います
The sales staff is attentive and the contractor does a good job. I built a two-family custom-built wooden house, but they built a comfortable house to live in a small area. The president is also a friendly and good architect and I am glad I built a house here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この会社の社長がうちの事務所を出入りするが、信じられないくらい毎度態度が横柄である。タメ口は当たり前、こちらの話を間違えて解釈した上に怒ってくる、名刺をテーブルに投げて渡してくるなど、暴虐ぶりが凄まじい。
他の口コミを見る限りでは自社のお客様には低頭平身のようだが、相手によって態度を変える人間というのはいつの世にもいるもので、彼はそれにあたるようだ。
これが本人の目に留まるかわからないが、自覚も心当たりもあるはずなので今後態度を改めてくれれば幸いである。
The president of this company goes in and out of our office, but his attitude is incredibly arrogant every time. It's natural that the tame mouth is angry after misinterpreting this story, throwing a business card to the table and handing it over, and the violence is terrible.
As far as other reviews are concerned, it seems to be a low-headed person to his customers, but there are people in the world who change their attitude depending on the other person, and he seems to be that.
I don't know if this will catch the eye of the person, but I'm sure he has some awareness and knowledge, so I hope he will change his attitude in the future.

「コレでは受理されないから規定どおり寸法を書いてくれ」と依頼した途端態度が一変、悪態つくわ書類はひったくるわ、挙げ句のはてに上司を呼んでも謝罪の一つもロクになく、むしろ開き直るような態度…。
この会社で契約するのはやめたほうが良いです、違法な状態で土地や建物を借りたり所有したりする可能性があり極めて危険です。
