こ	こしゆか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族旅行で津和野に行った際、立ち寄らせていただきました。フランス人のご主人が手ずから、ざら茶のベーシックとローズブレンド両方淹れてくださいました。ローズブレンドはハーブティーのような薫りにとても癒やされ、またご主人の津和野への熱い想いをおうかがいして、とてもほっこりしました。勝手に写真載せてごめんなさーい！笑 When I went to Tsuwano for a family trip, I dropped in. The French master brewed both the basic and rose blend of coarse tea. The Rose Blend was healed by the scent of herbal tea, and I was so warmed by my husband's passion for Tsuwano. I'm sorry to put the photos on my own! Lol

F	Frenky S. P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cosy little ochaya tea shop, with a beautiful garden. While it is a 3rd (?) generation shop, the young couple is running it, and since one of them is French, they gladly explain the types of tea in at least 3 languages. I had a very nice time chatting with them.

The tea is delicious and the couple who owns it are incredibly knowledgeable about the different health benefits of their blends. They're most famous for a local herbal tea, "Mame-Cha" (mah-meh cha), which is naturally caffeine-free. I also scheduled a time to create my own personalized black tea/green tea blends (They speak French, English, and Japanese, so it was a really fun experience) :D Definitely stop by if you're interested in learning more about Japanese teas or would just like to experience a historic neighborhood shop in rural Japan. They sell both loose leaf and tea bags.
