★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自転車やヘルメットを貸し出してくれるので手ぶらで行けるのはとてもいい。小さい子が練習するにはいい場所だとおもう。信号機などもあるし、交通マナーも勉強できるし、また連れていきたいと思った。

S字や8字などのバイク講習用の道路まであった。
子供は自転車で交通ルールを意識して遊んでました！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 公園自体は手軽に交通ルールを体験できて良いです。しかし、警備員が無愛想にもほどがある。何かにつけて迷惑そうな対応で、自転車を借りるのも返すのも不愉快。
The park itself is good because you can easily experience the traffic rules. However, the guards are unfriendly. It's unpleasant to rent or return a bicycle because it seems to be a nuisance to something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is free including admission, rental bicycles & parking. Has traffic signals & a train crossing gate. Great place.
Update: Because of COVID-19 prevention measures you must take temperature by staff and log-in time of arrival and home city must be circled. Staff had bad attitude if you don’t speak perfect Japanese. Rude. Basically said if you’re foreigner you shouldn’t come.
