お	おてあげ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1月に一泊で利用しました。割引券をチェックインの決済で使用したところ、帰路中にフロントから電話が。フロントの方から「割引券が期限切れだったので、割引券か現金を（送料利用者持ち）で郵送してほしい」とのこと。たしかに、期限切れの割引券と知らずに使用したのは申し訳なく感じ、割引券分の支払いは承諾しましたが、フロントでもチェックするべきかなと思いました。上記の旨を伝えたところ、総務に確認し送料だけは利用者持ちでなくてよいとの回答になりました。小売店舗では一般的に客にの電話番号は知らないでしょうし、電話するなどできないと思います。期限切れの割引券のお金の回収ができるのは宿泊施設の特権だなと思いました。またフロントの方の対応も横柄でした。 I used it for one night in January. When I used the discount ticket for check-in payment, I got a call from the front desk on my way home. The front desk said, "The discount voucher has expired, so please mail the discount voucher or cash (with the shipping user)." Certainly, I felt sorry that I used it without knowing that it was an expired discount ticket, and I accepted the payment for the discount ticket, but I thought that I should check it at the front desk as well. When I told the above, I confirmed with the general affairs and answered that the shipping fee does not have to be owned by the user. Retailers generally don't know the phone number of the customer, and I don't think they can call it. I thought it was a privilege of the accommodation to be able to collect the money of the expired discount voucher. Also, the front desk was arrogant.

Y	Yui Amano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pricey here but I think it's worth it. You can go to their hotspring just walk in. Nothing to bring. They were so clean, they have big and small towels, hair dryers, lots of amenities to put you face, hair and your own locker which is big enough. Hotspring inside or outside was so nice. Many famous different kind of shampoo, conditioner and body soap. The restaurant inside was very nice and delicious! The most youngest staff (man) was always super friendly and our family loves him. He said hi and welcome everytime we saw him there. Kids friendly as well. There are little place to play where your kids can enjoy! There are several toy cars, small balls pool (its my kids favorite! Every time they jumped in) and soft lego like. Highly recommend!!
