山	山司（yamah） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 追記持ち帰りで、から揚げ、麻婆豆腐、チャーシュー単品を購入しました。ボリューム満点、味も本格的です。追記前回と同じくチャーシュー丼をいただきました。相変わらず柔らかくて美味しいです。ご飯小盛りです。少しへこんでますが、自分的にはちょうどよい量です。鳥唐揚げ黒酢あんかけ定食も美味しかったです。黒酢の酸味が飽きさせなくてちょうどよい。６月１日に伺いましたが、まだプレオープンでした。メニューが限定です。本家の吉田屋とあまり変わりが無いようなラインナップです。もう少し中華メニューを期待しましたが。味とボリュームは本家と同じで間違いないです。まだ店員さんも調理も不馴れなのか、大変時間がかかります。時間には余裕を持っていきましょう。チャーシュー丼をいただきました。チャーシューの下にキャベツが乗っていますが、マヨネーズがかかっており、マヨネーズご飯状態でした。できればマヨネーズは別にした方が良さそうです。ウェイティングシートがなく、混んでいるときに行くとどうしたらよいか迷います。もう少したってからまた行ってみようと思います。 Postscript I bought fried chicken, mapo tofu, and char siu separately as a takeaway. I	InrI InrI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ からし味噌らーめんと半チャーハンをいただきました。どちらも美味しくいただきましたがからし味噌らーめんの平麺ぽい中太麺が惜しい。何となく安っぽい食感に思われて…もう少しモチっとしてたらなあと。まあ好みですね。ツルッとした麺が好きな方には良いと思います。一方半チャーハンですがこれは美味しかった。それほど期待しないで注文したんですがちょうどよいパラパラ加減。程よく弾力の残った御飯一粒一粒に油と味が回っていて本当に美味しかった。濃い味の味噌ラーメンのお供に食べましたが全く味負けしてません。次回訪問時にも是非また注文したいと思います。 I had mustard miso ramen and half fried rice.
