一番良かったことは、『スピード』でした。
急遽な転居でしたが、問い合わせから契約まで1週間で終了。
『スピード』を分解すると
・提案力、提案量
・コミュニケーションの速さ、質
・内見の行動力、速さ
って感じですかね。
個人的には、担当してくれた方が良かった。
