★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マンションの更新時期に引っ越しを検討していたため気になっていた物件の空き状況・内見の可否をメールで問い合わせるもこちらの質問は全てスルー。
引っ越すと初期費用で賃料5倍の費用がかかる、更新したほうが安く済むことはご存知ですか？との返答。
面倒くさそうで最初から門前払い感がすごかったので嫌な気持ちになりました。
As we were considering moving at the renewal time of the apartment, we asked by e-mail whether the space status of the property or the inside of the building was concerned or not, but this question is all through.
Do you know that moving to the initial cost will cost you 5 times the rent, and updating will be cheaper? And reply.
It was bothersome and I felt disgusted from the beginning because I had a great sense of prepayment on the gate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 指定された連絡先に連絡を入れているにも関わらず、担当し○○゛の不注意で余りにも理不尽に逆ギレされて最悪でした。
自分が休みなのにメッセージの返信が出来るわけ無いと、いきなり半ギレで電話がかけられてきました。伝えられてもいないのに店員のスケジュールなんて知ってる訳ないですよ。
自分の仕事も出来ない癖に、他のスタッフに素っ気ない態度を取るのもイラッとしました。
物件の内覧中もお葬式かと思うくらい黙っているだけ。
繁忙期中の仕事の合間をぬって相談したのにとても残念でした。二度と利用しません。他店で事故が在ったのも頷けます。
