ミ	ミーコニャン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私は、20年前と10年前に２軒建ててます。フル装備で坪単価60万で60坪の家です。その他外ガイコウやフェンスや駐車場を入れると、かなりの金額に成りました。 20年前の家の方が良かっです。今回の家は残念でした。営業員がいないので、初めての家の購入は、後々大変ですね‼️ 保証期間が短く、修理は全てメーカー丸投げの為、後々お金がかかりますヨ、そこも考えて決め手下さい。家を持つと言う事は、全て自己責任です。1000万位の余裕は考えておいて下さい。10年後には、塗装、エコキュート、トイレ、お風呂、取り替えになります。あっという間に、1000万はかかります。良く考えて、決め手下さい。私も２件建ててますので、10年でだいぶ痛みが出てきます。壁紙も雑な張りの為、10年です。保証がないと思っておいた方が良いです。ウッドワンの建具は塗装が剥がれひび割れ、壁紙の糊が浮いてきてまだらになります。写真はウッドワンの建具です。これは５年で成りました。同じフローリングも同じく５年で色が無くなりました。県民共済住宅では、此が普通ですと観にも来てくれません‼️ I built two houses 20 years ago and 10 years ago.
