以下、転載１９３４年棟上げ、翌年８月竣工。大森町出身の宮大工佐野貞輔が施工。母屋は木造２階建て、平入り、入り母屋造り、銅板葺き、正面玄関、ポーチ付で、数寄屋造りを基調としている。建築面積２５３・５９平方メートル。１階の式台玄関、その脇の応接室、背面の客間、２階は襖で仕切られた和室三室で、襖を外すと２２畳の大広間になるなど、接客空間は秋田地方の旧家の格式をよく表している。移築に際し、三分の一程度が割愛された。土蔵は土蔵造り二階建て、妻入り、きりつま造り、カルバリウム銅板葺き。建築面積７９・０３平方メートル。白黒の漆喰壁や軒下の方杖など、この地方独特と思われる様式の一方、正面扉などに既製品の使用が見られる。建築主佐藤順蔵の生家は大曲市で、かつて寺山の家と称される大地主の資産家の四男。分家の際に建てられた家で、実兄維一郎（九代目当主）が建築費を援助した。建築地は大曲市日の出町だったが、秋田県に寄贈され、秋田県ゆとり創造センター遊学舎内に移設、一施設として活用されている。

The main building is a wooden two-story building, with a flat entrance, a main building with a roof, a copper plate roof, a front door, and a porch. Construction area 253.59 square meters. The front door of the Shikidai, the reception room beside it, the guest room on the back, and the second floor are three Japanese-style rooms separated by fusuma, and when the fusuma is removed, it becomes a 22-tatami hall. Is well represented. About one-third was omitted during the relocation. The storehouse is a two-story storehouse, with a wife, Kiritsuma-sukuri, and carbarium copper plate. Construction area 79.03 square meters. One of the styles that seems to be unique to this region, such as the black and white plastered walls and the eaves under the eaves, and the use of ready-made products for the front doors can be seen. Junzo Sato, the architect's birthplace, is the fourth son of the landowner's wealthy house, who was once called Terayama's house in Omagari. The house was built at the time of the branch house, and the younger brother Iichiro (the 9th generation head of the family) helped with the construction cost. The building was located in Hinodemachi, Omagari City, but it was donated to Akita Prefecture and moved to the Akita Prefecture Yutori Creation Center Yugakusha, which is now used as a facility.
