s	spine spiral on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醤油ラーメン 650円多加水麺を使い、背脂が浮いていないのは個人的に嬉しい。少加水麺に背脂チャッチャの、いわゆる京都ラーメンには少し飽き飽きしているのだ。スープは甘味と脂分が適度で程よいコクもあるが、少し塩分が薄い。呑んだ後の〆だと物足りないのではないか。ただ、ニンニクや唐辛子などに頼っていないのは好感が持てる。欲しけりゃ後から入れればいいんだからね。口に入れるとホロッとほぐれて溶けていくような叉焼は絶品。甘味が少し強いのは好みが分かれるかもしれないが、これをご飯に載せて叉焼丼なんてのも美味しそうだ。炭火で焙った鶏もも肉がゴロゴロと載せてあって、さすが焼鳥屋さんのラーメン！という感じだが、味付けが薄目なせいかラーメン自体とのマッチングはいまいち。でも焼鳥好きな人にはこれだけで嬉しいほどの量が(画像で見える倍以上)入っています。他に塩、味噌、スッポン(値段は違うかも)のスープが選べるそうで、今度は塩ラーメンを味濃いめでいただいてみたい。ご馳走さまでした！ 2021年1月28日追記:緊急事態宣言が明けるまで金土日のみの営業となるようです。 Soy sauce ramen 650 yen I'm personally happy that the backfat doesn't float using the polyhydrated noodles.
