ずっと気になっていたのですが、なんとなく入りにくく行ってなかったのですが、炭火でじっくり焼いてもらい、味も美味しい！今度はゆっくり中で食べたいとおもいます。
ラーメンも気になりますので、次回は是非食べたいと思います！
I ordered yakitori to take home on my way home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年9月10日、ラーメンをリニューアルされた。
醤油ラーメンと塩ラーメンは麺をこれまでの多加水麺から少加水の極細麺に変更、スープやトッピングも見直して、より完成度が高くなった。スープは背脂がかなり振ってあるが、全然脂っこくないあっさりした味わい。
叉焼は香ばしい上にトロトロの柔らかさでかなり甘辛い味付け。スープとミスマッチかもしれないが、味の対比は楽しいし、アクセントと捉えれば悪くない。反面、味玉子はしょっぱい味付けだが、これは改良の余地があるかも。
麺とスープの相性が良いのも驚いた。やや硬めの絶妙の茹で加減で、これも文句ない。

For soy sauce ramen and salt ramen, the noodles have been changed from the conventional polyhydric noodles to ultra-fine noodles with low water content, and the soup and toppings have been reviewed to improve the degree of perfection. The soup has a lot of lard, but it has a light taste that is not greasy at all.
The roasted pork is fragrant and has a very sweet and spicy seasoning due to the softness of the toro. It may be a mismatch with the soup, but the taste contrast is fun and not bad if you think of it as an accent. On the other hand, the taste egg is salty, but there may be room for improvement.
I was also surprised that the noodles and soup go well together. It's a little hard and exquisitely boiled, and this is also perfect.
