★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔は家族でたまに行ったけど、当時髪の毛が入っていたのを家族が怒り全く行かなくなった。当時はパートのオバちゃんが数人いたような記憶。懐かしさもあり、たまたま本当に数十年ぶりに来店。改装してからは初。当時と経営者は同じか分からないが、周辺の店がどんどん変わっても残っている珍しい店。
コロナ禍で消毒は置いてあったけど、それ以外の対策は無いようで、アクリル板やビニールカーテンは熱や煙で置けないんだろうなと思った。
店側とセルフで焼けるようで、自分達で焼きたかったのだけど半強制的に店側が焼いてくれることに(鉄板掃除するのが嫌だったのだろう)席にはソースや鰹節等も何も無いので、追加ソースや味変もできない。毎回店員さんがソース容器等を消毒してる店もあるわけで、コロナ対策と言うより変なとこでコストカットに意識が向いている印象。
肝心のお好み焼は、親父さんが作ってくれて形も綺麗に焼けていた。
ただ小さくて、味は普通。昔はもっと美味しかった気がしたが、自分の舌が肥えたのか大阪や広島でもっと美味いお好み焼きを食ったので、もはや全く物足りなく感じてしまった。今やコンビニや冷凍食品のお好み焼きも進歩してますし、飲食店も何倍にも増えましたからね。この量と内容で最低でも1000円前後は高いなあと言うのが正直。
選択肢も増えてるので、食べ放題のお好み焼本舗、道とん堀、こなこなの方が美味くてコスパもいいかな~
あと飲食店なのにプラスチックマスクの息子さんだけで、親父さんやお嫁さんがノーマスクで店内を堂々と闊歩してたのにはたまげた。ついでに片付けを手伝っていた子供達も(子供達はお手伝いという意識で罪はは無い。親がしてなきゃやらんわな。)飲食店という意識が低すぎる。
愛想や対応はそこまで悪くはないけど、家族経営のなあなあさや悪いとこが出てしまっている。全く進歩しとらんwww
お好み焼きを肴に晩酌を楽しむ常連らしきオジサン達で何とかやってる感じだと思った(酔ってて値段や内容を気にしてなさそう)
また今どき現金払いしかできず、現金を触った手のまま調理しだしたのも意識の低さにドン引きしました。
「ここGo toできないの?」と言ってたお客さんもいました。
まるで時間が昭和で止まったシーラカンスの様な店だと思いました。
「焼いてひっくり返す」だけじゃ駄目ですよ。このままじゃ店の方がひっくり返ってしまうのでは?味は不味くはないので、もっと頭や知恵を使ってほしいです。
自分が再訪する可能性はかなり低いですが、それでも思い出の店ではあるので失礼を承知で言わせていただきたいです。
・まずはお客が安心できるようコロナ対策を
・キャッシュレスや時代の流れに合った対策を
・テイクアウト等をもっとアピールした方が良いかと
・もっとチェーン店や他店に行き、メニュー設定等の勉強をされては

It seems that you can bake it yourself with the shop side, but I wanted to bake it myself, but the shop side forced me to bake it (I guess I didn't want to clean the iron plate) What is the sauce and dried bonito in the seat? Since there is no bonito, no additional sauce or taste change is possible. There is also a store where the clerk disinfects the sauce container etc. every time, so it seems that the consciousness is suitable for cost cutting rather than corona measures.
The essential okonomiyaki was made by my father and the shape was beautifully baked.
It's just small and the taste is normal. I used to think that it was more delicious, but I ate more delicious okonomiyaki in Osaka and Hiroshima, probably because my tongue was fat, so I felt completely unsatisfactory. Okonomiyaki, which is a convenience store and frozen food, is now advancing, and the number of restaurants has increased many times. To be honest, this amount and content is expensive at least around 1000 yen.
There are more choices, so all-you-can-eat okonomiyaki Honpo, Dohtonbori, and Konakona are more delicious and cospa is better ~
Also, even though it was a restaurant, I was surprised that my father and wife were walking around the store without masks, with only the son of a plastic mask. By the way, the children who helped clean up (the children are not guilty of helping. I have to do it with my parents) are too low in consciousness of eating and drinking.
The amiability and response aren't that bad, but there are some family-owned things that aren't so bad. No progress at all www
I thought that the old men who seemed to be regulars enjoying okonomiyaki as a side dish were doing something (I'm drunk and don't worry about the price and contents)
Also, I can only pay cash nowadays, and I was struck by the low consciousness that I started cooking with my hands touching the cash.
Some customers said, "Can't you go here?"
I thought it was a coelacanth-like store where time stopped in the Showa era.
You can't just "bake and turn it over". Isn't the store overturned at this rate? The taste is not bad, so I want you to use your head and wisdom more.
It's very unlikely that I'll come back, but it's still a memorable store, so I'd like to say it's rude.

・ Is it better to appeal more about takeout etc.
・ If you go to more chain stores or other stores and study menu settings, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼に伺いました! お好み焼きメニューが14種類。焼きそばメニューが11種類。他に、もんじゃ焼きや、鉄板焼きメニューがいっぱいあって、何にするか迷ってしまします?
今回は、お好み焼きから、飛騨焼 890円(肉 イカ タコ えび コーン) を注文しました。
ふわふわで、キャベツとコーンの甘みが、しっかり効いて、とっても美味しかったです? 大満足?
今度来た時は、焼きそばメニューを食べてみようかなぁ。

お好み焼きは自分で焼くことも可能だが、ファミリーなどでワイワイ楽しむ方以外は、お店の人に焼いてもらうのが良いだろう。
ファミリーは楽しさが最大の調味料となるので問題ないが、シロウトが焼いたものとプロが焼いたものとでは加減が全く違うために天地の差が出てしまうだろう。
是非、プロが焼いたフワトロのお好み焼きを食してもらいたい。
なお、大阪風らしく、ご飯と味噌汁を注文出来るのも嬉しい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お好み焼き『飛騨』少し味が落ちたかなぁ〜。何年前になるのか?お店を新しく建て直す前は、お客さんが並び順番を待って、すごく繁盛していたのに、今はいつ行っても閑古鳥が、鳴いている有り様です。
新しく開店した頃は、ちょこちょこ食べに行ってましたが、オープンキッチンになったので、愛想のない親父さんが、焼いて気分を悪くしてお客さんが減って行ったのだろう。
今は、大分変わって親父さん愛想良くなったけど、失ったお客さんは、戻って来ないなぁ〜。
…あと、思うのは、お好み、焼きそばを焼くのをたまに、息子さんやお嫁さんが焼いて、お客さんに提供すること。やはり焼き方ひとつで、味が違うとても同じお金を払いたくない❗️
親父さん意外が、焼いたお好み、焼きそばの評価は、星⭐️ひとつも付けたくないぐらい美味しくないし、入店したが出たくなる。
あと、コロナ時期は、調理する時は、マスクした方がいいですよ!

もともと各テーブルで焼いていたみたいですがコロナ対策の為親方が焼いてくれます
牡蠣、エビ、イカ、カニカマ沢山入った和風焼きと飛騨焼きを頂き美味しかった…
飛騨焼きはコーンが入ってそれで海鮮風で
ここのお店でオススメは(あげづけ)
普通に油揚げだけど味が付いていて美味い
あとは蕗の(蕗の薹味噌豆腐)も美味い
少しクセが強いかもですが…美味い
値段はそこまで高くないと思います
