★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、マタニティ整体を受けてきました。妊娠してから酷くなった腰痛と肩こりがかなり楽になりました。妊娠中の専用のコ－スだけあって痛くなくとても良かったです。

15分程度で産後骨盤矯正+猫背矯正で6900円は高すぎるような。
値段は高いが効果は感じられなかった。
ウエストや体重は記録していたが、増えることもなく減ることもなく、体型も変わることなく、パンツのサイズダウン等はありませんでした。
それぞれなのでしょうが…。高額なだけに残念。プリペイドカードで5万近くのものを強く勧められるので買いましたが…
正直、ここまで変わらないのに5万近く支払って後悔しています。7回コースで完了、効果がでますとの説明だったので、いつか効果があるのかなと期待していましたが、本当に何も変わりませんでした。
お試しした日に戻れるなら、上記のことを自分にアドバイスしたいです。

マタニティをうたっていなくてもマッサージしてくれるるところは沢山ありましたので、遠くまで来て後悔しました。
産後の骨盤矯正もぼったくりなんじゃないかとと行く気がしません。
凝り固まっているところを伝えると、それは骨だと言われて…そんなのは初めてでした。
もう行くことは無いです。
