高	高橋かなかな on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二年前ここで買ったルームエアコンにエラー表示が付きまして店舗に修理依頼をしたら５年間は保証対象商品とのこと。後日メーカーさんが来て室外機が原因というので見たらなんと二匹のナメクジが基盤を這ってダメにしてしまったので基盤を全取替のはめに!犯人は（犯虫？）干からびて息絶えてました｡（でも５年間は保証で良かった）と、安心しているとそのメーカーさんが「この場合保証外だと思います２万弱かかります」とポツリ。えーっ!!家族で鰻を食べるのが夢で未だに叶わないのにナメクジに２万円の鰻を無断で食べられた気分が悔しくて、本当に保証しないのか?虫眼鏡で見なければ分からないほどの保証書の文字を読んでも異物侵入に関する記載が無くメーカーさんが「又入るかもしれませんね」との言葉にナメクジ如きに貴重な財産を取られてたまるかぃ!と思い早速ナメクジ対策に動き出す私です。皆さんもナメクジを侮ってはいけませんよ。気をつけて下さい。 The room air conditioner I bought here two years ago has an error message, and if I ask the store to repair it, it will be covered by the warranty for 5 years.
