★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テレビを見に行ったら在庫がなくて凄く最悪の態度でしたその後407号線のケーズデンキに行ったらスタッフ皆優しくて色々教えてくれましたそしていいテレビを購入する事が出来ました
 When I went to watch TV, it was the worst attitude because it was out of stock. After that, when I went to K's Denki on Route 407, all the staff were kind and taught me various things and I was able to buy a good TV.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応が素晴らしくて感激してしまいました。楽天モバイル端末の在庫確認をお願いしたのですが、最初に電話に出てくれた男性の方は専門外で、楽天の方は応対中との事でした。
折り返し電話を頂けるとの事だったのですが、それを伝える際の言葉遣いや丁寧な対応に感動し、口コミを書かずにはいられませんでした…今まで出会った店員さんの中で一番素敵だと心から思いました。あんな店員さんがいたら、また行こうって思っちゃうなぁ。
その後に折り返してくれた楽天の方も親切にしてくださったので、きっとお店全体がいい雰囲気なんですね！
I was impressed with the excellent telephone support. I asked to check the inventory of Rakuten mobile terminals, but the man who answered the phone first was not a specialist, and Rakuten was responding.
I was told that I would get a call back, but I was impressed by the wording and polite response when communicating it, and I could not help writing a review ... The best clerk I have ever met I really thought it was wonderful. If there was such a clerk, I would think I would go again.
Rakuten, who returned after that, was kind to me, so I'm sure the whole store has a nice atmosphere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ プリンターの黒色が出ないので、近くの他社電器店に行ったら、品数が少なくて、しかも、複合型がメインになっていたので、ただのプリンターは無いか？困って、ケーズデンキさんに行ったら種類も豊富で割引までしていただき、助かりました。又何かあったら行きます。
The black color of the printer does not appear, so when I went to a nearby electronics store of another company, the number of items was small, and the main type was a composite type, so is there just a printer? In trouble, when I went to K's Denki, there were a lot of types and I got a discount, which was helpful. I will go if something happens again.

I stopped by for a break on the way to Gunma University Hospital. Since it was from Tochigi prefecture, there were many shops such as Yamada Denki around, which was very helpful. Thank you
