初めに小皿が五枚配られたのですがそのうちの二枚が汚れていました
18時30分という時間からかフライドポテトなどの定番のものが品切れですと表示され時間がたったあとでもう一度押すと選択できました
定番の物は切らさずに置いていてほしいです
皿やコップの置き方がいちいち雑です
やる気の無さを感じます
帰るときに他の従業員が座布団を片付けていましたが足でやっていたのできぶんが悪かったです
もうここは使いたくないですね

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もつ鍋か豚しゃぶが選べると記載されていましたが、勝手にもつ鍋になっていました。質問するともつ鍋でお願いします。と。コース料理や鍋の具材は少ないです。他の方が投稿されている具材とは全く異なりました。豆腐はなし。野菜も人参やニラもなし。もやしでいっぱいにされていました。
外国人店員が日本語を理解しておらず、食べ放題メニューを持って来て注文していいのか確認すると大丈夫と言うので、注文したら頼めません。と注意され気分が悪かったです。
日本人の女性店員も忙しいからかトゲトゲしく、せっかくの打ち上げを楽しく過ごせませんでした。二度といきません。

色んなお店のもつ鍋食べますけど、ゴムみたいでまずいですよ、ここのお店。
あっさりしてて美味しいのニュアンスも違いますね。
単品は、美味しいものと普通なものがありました。
サラダ類、ポテト類など安パイものは美味しい
スタッフの接客は普通です。
