★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 串カツといえばウスターソース系ですが、ここはポン酢系でとってもさっぱりしていてたくさん食べても胃がもたれることがあまりなさそうです。
揚げ油にもこだわっていると店内にチラシもあり、大阪では珍しいつけダレでした。
なので、コッテリが好きな方には物足りないかも。
おろしソースが乗っていたり、塩で仕上げたモノも多く、とても手が込んでいて美味しかったです。
ウズラは半生ですぐに食べるのがオススメ。
是非また来たいお店です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大阪の串カツ!!!という感じてはなく、こじんまりとしてお洒落なお店です。
席数が少ないためいつも満席ですが、土曜の17時過ぎに伺ったところ3席空いており、ぎりぎり入れました。
【良い点】
お値段は少し貼りますが、食事は非常に美味しかったです。キャベツだけでなくいろんな種類の野菜があったのも嬉しかったです。
女性であれば安い方のコースと一品料理2個程度でお腹いっぱいになるかと思います。
【悪い点】
料理の提供に時間がかかる。
コバエや小さめのゴキブリがいた。目を背けました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カウンターのみの串カツやさんです。店内は狭いので、2名くらいで行くのがよいでしょう。お料理は丁寧でこだわりを感じさせられますが、小さくまとまってしまっているので、がっつり食べたい気分の時にはいまひとつです。ソースもさらさらしているものなので、ジャンキーな気分のときは他へ行くことをお勧めします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ どれも美味しかったけど味も量も上品過ぎて観光客が期待している串揚げとは違った。串揚げを食べ慣れている方向けのお店かな。
狭い店内のカウンター席で頂いているのに揚げている音が聞こえないのが不思議。
ソースは一人ずつに出されたけど二度付けダメと言われた。でも頼んだ千成瓢箪コース(1680円)は塩やポン酢ジュレ等で食べるのをお勧めされたりして、そもそもソースをつけるチャンスがあまりなかった。
コースの前の一品料理を勧められたので前菜盛り合わせを頼んだけど、お通しの生野菜が後から出てきた。野菜が出ると分かっていたら前菜盛り合わせいらなかったな。
結局千成瓢箪コースじゃ全然足りなくて追加でいろいろオーダーしたのにやっぱり物足りなくて、近くの串揚げ屋さんにハシゴしちゃった。コース頼むなら太閤秀吉コース(3480円)が良かったかも。
串揚げ初心者の私が望むものではなかっただけで、美しい揚がり具合、ワインのセンス、コートにカバーをかけてくれる気遣い等間違いなく良いお店ではありました。

The sauce was served one by one, but I was told that I couldn't put it on twice. However, the Sensei gourd course (1680 yen) I ordered was recommended to be eaten with salt or ponzu jelly, so I didn't have much chance to add sauce in the first place.
I was recommended to have a dish before the course, so I asked for an appetizer platter, but the raw vegetables that I used to eat came out later. I didn't need an appetizer platter if I knew that vegetables would come out.
In the end, the Sensei Gourd course wasn't enough, and I ordered a lot of additional items, but it wasn't enough, so I went to a nearby Kushiage restaurant. If you asked for a course, the Taiko Hideyoshi course (3480 yen) might have been better.
It wasn't what I wanted as a beginner of kushiage, but it was definitely a good restaurant with a beautiful fried condition, a good sense of wine, and the care to cover the coat.
