U	Uyen Tu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inside Whity East mall across from the restrooms. Very small space and takes 10 min or so to make the pancakes. Pancakes are a lot smaller than the pictures. Just so-so. Not as fluffy as I thought. Also, the berry pancakes come with chocolate sauce and almonds FYI for those with allergies, although it’s not shown in the pictures. And ham and cheese sandwich comes with cold egg salad in the sandwich.

Don't make the same mistake I did by ordering 8 of these because finishing one was already a challenge. If you wanna eat actual traditional pancakes look for places that serve "hotcakes". Japanglish gotta japanglish, I guess.
L	Lee Boyce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's hard to know where to start when the entire experience was extremely poor. The staff were very rude and we felt like they did not want us around. We ordered the melted chocolate & strawberry pancakes as well as the apple & caramel pancakes. Wait time was ridiculous - about 45 minutes. When we finally got our food, the melted chocolate was burnt and so was the caramel which left a bitter aftertaste. The apples were undercooked as were the flavourless pancakes. Very dissatisfied with our experience and we would not recommend.
A	A DP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The interior design was very pretty. The cake was soft and did melt a bit in my mouth.( I ordered the simple version.) The shop itself was small and seats were arranged tightly so felt little uncomfortable. Too close to the next person.

I had their apple and caramel pancake but it was both not fluffy enough to be a souffle-y pancake nor light enough to be a regular pancake. Worse, we had the blandest royal milk tea and chai tea ever. It didn't have any of the rich, fresh milk taste nor any tea taste. Best described as the taste you get when you've almost finished your bubble tea and left it for awhile. The ice has all melted and it's just shockingly bland.

We finally want to take the cake away ( take home ) but the staff says cant. The taste is so-so. I order the pancake and i think its undercook and too much egg. The staff is so friendly
