When I first saw it, I thought, "It's definitely called Kamejima," but it was a rock, not an island. That's right, after all it's a turtle.

柵が無い所にも行く事は出来ますが、雨で岩が濡れていたり風が強い時にはくれぐれも気を付けましょう。

You can go to places without fences, but be careful when the rocks are wet or windy due to rain.
