こじんまりとした地域に根付いた神社さん。社務所はありませんが、亀戸・香取神社でご朱印はいただけました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東武亀戸線 亀戸水神駅から歩いて亀戸天神に行ってみようってことでお寄りした亀戸水神社。こじんまりしてましたけど地域で大事にされている感じの神社。お近所さんのおうちが密接してました。二股に分かれた道の真ん中にある可愛らしい神社です。
Kameido Mizujin Shrine, which I stopped by to walk from Kameido Mizujin Station on the Tobu-Kameido Line to Kameido Tenjin. It's a small shrine, but it feels like it's being cherished in the area. My neighbor's house was close. It is a lovely shrine in the middle of the bifurcated road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旧中川の満開の河津桜を見て、水神社に詣で、香取・天神とのルートを決めて出発。土手の桜は満開、橋を渡ると左手の公園に白梅が見え立ち寄る。スマホを頼りに水神社を目指すが、何時もの如く方向音痴。道々尋ねるが地元の人も知らないと首を振る。東武線の駅を過ぎて、鉢植えに水やりの老婆に聞くと、指差す方向に水神社は鎮座されていた。駅名や街道名、小学校の校名にもなっているにしては小ぢんまりとした社殿である。
After seeing the Kawazu cherry blossoms in full bloom on the Kyunaka River, we visited the Mizu Shrine and decided on a route with Katori and Tenjin. The cherry blossoms on the bank are in full bloom, and when you cross the bridge, you can see the white plums in the park on your left. I aim for a water shrine by relying on my smartphone, but as always, I have no sense of direction. I ask the way, but I shake my head if the locals don't know. When I asked an old woman who was watering potted plants after passing the station on the Tobu line, the water shrine was enshrined in the direction of pointing. It is a small shrine building that is also used as a station name, a highway name, and an elementary school name.

駅名にもなっている。
だが、普通に町に溶け込んでいるような、小さな神社でした。
亀戸天神行った後だったので、尚更そう感じました。
日曜日の昼過ぎに訪れたが、こんな小さな神社なのにひっきりなしにお参りに来る地元民らしき人々がたくさんいた。
それだけで地元に愛されている氏神様なのがわかります。
