★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always enjoy a visit to this shrine especial from late March to mid April for the blooming Wisteria and the related festival. Excellent views of Sky Tree can also be seen in the background.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a small local shrine but pretty and quiet. I missed the blooming of the wisteria so I was disappointed when I got there and saw a lot of the petals were already in the pond. The area is small so you can actually go around it in 10 minutes or less. There were also some food stalls around probably because there was a festival.

The view of wisteria and the shrine and the sky tree is nice.
It’s in the middle of the town but nice and small one.
You can access this walking or by bus from kameido station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing find! We will be back when other things such as the wisteria are blooming. Small area but packed with a lot of trees and the temple. We could hear them chanting inside, which is just awesome! Nice pond area with turtles and ducks. Close to sky tree, you can see from the park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One classic Wisteria flower blooming spot in traditional downtown Tokyo and here they are! Just beautiful no matter what the weather is.
The best season should be some time after Sakura blossom season in Tokyo, though, of course, check the timing via media beforehand.
The 10 min walk from Kameido Station should be pleasant if it's a warm calm day in April, but It's also better to have searched out some good lunch/resting spots around before setting off.
