探していました。周辺2件の自転車屋が休業中で、最後にこのお店を見つけたのですが、休みだったらどうしようと思いながら向かいました。幸いにも、営業していて、でも、忙しく作業をされていたので、声をかけるのをためらいましたが、どうしても必要でしたので、思いきって声をかけました。とても丁寧な対応をして頂き、自転車をアリオの駐輪場に置いて買いに来ていたのですが、困ったことがあったらまた来て下さいと、おっしゃってくださり、とても嬉しかったです。自転車のことで、困ったことがあったらまた、利用したいと思いました。ありがとうございました。

おばさんの接客が絶望的過ぎて、接客されるとどんなに良い気分でも最悪の気持ちになる。接客地雷の自覚皆無だからもう無理なんだと思う。
タイヤの空気入れてたら、これ以上入れたら破裂するよ〜うちの前で破裂されたら困るからやめてよ、と、、、修理好きと謳ってる自転車の人間がそんな事言うなんてショック過ぎて呆然とした。
やる気ないならやめた方がいい。人を不幸にする態度は見ていて哀れ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前輪がパンクし、おして帰るのも何だったので修理をお願いした。修理作業を見ていて穴の所のかぶせ物の粘着がはがれているように見えた気がしたが気のせいだと思い抗議はしなかった。しかし翌日、自転車を使おうとしたら前輪の空気がかなり抜けていた。
空気量が甘かったのかと思い追加してみたが後に完全に抜けていた。
この店はいい加減な仕事をしている。1日も経たずに再びパンクなんてありえない、直したように見せかけて金だけとってく。二度と利用したくない。☆ひとつもつけたくない、ゼロにできないのが残念。

ブレーキの修理を依頼したが、とにかく高圧的で理解に苦しむ。
仕事の内容もイマイチ。修理して2,3日で元に戻っていたため、後日別の所で修理してもらった。
もし、このレビューを読んだなら別のお店に行くことをお薦めする。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なんでこんなに口コミ悪いのか（女性店員の時が酷いらしいけど）謎。亀有駅南口の商店街（ゆーロード）沿いを右折したところにあり（推定駅から数分）、亀有に住んで25年、自転車修理はここしか行ったことないので他店との比較は出来ないけど、いつも同じ男性で親身でフレンドリー。早いし腕も確かです。葛飾プレミアム商品券が使えること、20時まで営業してるのも助かります。自転車事故で前カゴに荷物入れられないくらい変形したとき、購入覚悟で行ったのに手で直してくれて購入せずに済みました（商売っ気はないかも）
