質問したことはすぐに管理会社さんに電話で聞いてくださって即対応。内見に行く途中も街の案内をしてくださったりと、下町の亀有で働く人情のある店でした。ずっと亀有で不動産業しているらしく横の繋がりもあるようでした
正直、入りづらい店の構えではありますが、大手の不動産グループと契約しているようで物件の案内数も充分あります。
下手に自社管理の物件しか紹介しない不動産屋よりいいと思います。
