★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅から少し遠く24時間でもないが、管理人さんがいるので安心。月極料金は、下段が５００円しかしないため、時間のある日に半月ほどとめるぐらいで元がとれるのではないかと思う。やや地下深く、入退場の階段が長いが、上りにはベルトコンベアがついているので、体力的には問題ない。環八下駐輪場と比べても、駅までの距離はそれほど違わないため、駅の南西から来られる方に便利かもしれない。また、天候が悪い場合は、駅から伸びる商店街を利用できる点も良いのではないかと思う。駐輪場上の公園には公衆便所がある。
