こんなに対応が悪いのははじめてです。
契約書類に不備があり、後に発送すると言われましたが、いつまでも連絡すらなくこちらから電話したら、担当者不在で本日中に折り返すと言ったが連絡がこず。翌日再度連絡をしたら、忘れてました。今日発送したとのこと。
社内連携や契約書類という、お客にとって大切な書類まで忘れられる。また重要事項説明を聞いたときに内容に不備があり私が指摘しました。
ちょっと本社にも問い合わせしたいと考えます。
