担当者も内見時にデタラメな案内をしてくる。
利用するのは絶対にやめた方がいいですよ。
結局賃貸も1ヶ月で解約しました。
潰れて欲しい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 過去クチコミにある通りです。とにかく連絡が遅く、放置されます。いまどういう所まで進んでいるかなど状況が全くわからず、しばらく連絡がないのでこちらから催促すると「大家と連絡がつかない」「たった今連絡しようと思っていました」などと都合のいい事を言われました。そのうち、物件は他で決まってしまい、無駄な時間でした。一切信頼できません。二度と利用しません。

地方から、大田区内へ居住のため、お部屋探しをしましたが、土地勘もない中で、大田区のことを色々教えてくださいました。
担当者様が教えてくれましたが、大田区で長く不動産業を経験されている方が多い店舗とのことで、お話も納得感があります。
店舗内は、アットホームで丁寧な接客の方が多い印象を受けました。
女性のスタッフも多く、穏やかで無理な営業をされることもなく、安心して引っ越しができました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結婚することになり、今の部屋を引っ越さなきゃいけなくなり、不動産の知識が全くなかったので、いろいろな不動産屋さんに行きましたが、一番納得のいく対応をして下さったのが蒲田のアパマンショップさんでした。
なかなかいい場所が見つからなくて少し長くお世話になってしまいましたが、夫婦共々大変お世話になり、友人に引越しを考えている人がいたら紹介できるお店だと思いました。
コロナでもきちんと検温したり、アルコール消毒もしてくれと言われたので、少なくとも何もないお店より安心感がありました。

その際、とても丁寧な対応だったこと、そして別の部屋の資料も送ってくださいました。
女性のスタッフさんが対応してくださったので、お店に行った時も女性目線で探していただけて、とても安心して探すことができました。
また、わからないことだらけで、聞きづらいことや不安に思っていることも親身になって対応してくださったので、本当に感謝しております。
見つけてくださったお部屋はとても気に入っておりますが、またお引越することがあればぜひお願いしたいと思ってます。

・当日になって、物件探しや内見できるかの予約をしており、行き当たりばったりの業務をしている印象を持った。
