それ以外は満足してます*ˊᵕˋ*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上の子から下の子まで役10年通わせています。コーチはとても親しみのある方でとても指導も上手く満足ですが、受付の方の対応がさいやくです。コロナで休業になった分返金もなく振り返ろの一点張り。仕事していると振り替えられない事を伝えると『こちらのせいではないので。』と言われ唖然です。頭にきたのでそのまま退会しました。まだまだ習わせるつもりでしたが上から見下すような口調、笑いながら話す小馬鹿にした対応が不愉快でした。指導がいいだけに残念です。
I have been working for 10 years from the upper child to the lower child. The coach is very friendly and very happy with the instruction, but the receptionist is very supportive. There is no refund because of the suspension of work in Corona. When I was told that I couldn't transfer while I was working, it wasn't my fault. Is stunned. I came to my mind, so I just left. I was still trying to make me learn, but I felt uncomfortable with the tone that looked down on from the top and the ridiculous correspondence that made me speak while laughing. It's a pity that the instruction is good.
