ラーメンは細麺で、油や塩気が少なめで優しい上品な味わい。けして味が薄いわけではないのでしっかり出汁がとれてるんだと思います。
ジャンクな美味しさじゃなくて満足感のある美味しさ。塩分気になるんだけどラーメン食べたい！という大人におすすめしたいです。
なお、定食も美味しいとのこと、種類豊富です。
ランチメニューも有ります。
地元の人気店のため、いつもそこそこ混んでます。
Chinese food recommended for adults.
The ramen is a thin noodle with less oil and saltiness and a gentle and elegant taste. I don't think the taste is thin, so I think that the dashi can be taken firmly.
It is not a junk taste but a satisfying taste. I'm salty but I want to eat ramen! I want to recommend it to adults.
It is said that the set meal is also delicious, and there are many kinds.
There is also a lunch menu.
Because it is a popular local restaurant, it is always crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 横浜中華街に本店が有ると聞きました。味はスッキリでも本格的な味です。近くには台湾料理店も有るのにかねいは混雑しています。かねいは金額も庶民のみかたです。
I heard that there is a main store in Yokohama Chinatown. The taste is refreshing but authentic. There is a Taiwanese restaurant nearby, but it's crowded. The amount of money is only for ordinary people.

Authentic Chinese food run by a husband trained in Yokohama Chinatown and a wife from China. Century eggs, jellyfish and moo shu pork are especially recommended. An exquisite dish that made a friend of Shanghai and said it was tastier than Shanghai. You can enjoy the authentic taste in Ito.

いわゆる台湾料理とは違う本格派です。
You can eat authentic Chinese food at a reasonable price. Gomoku fried rice has a slightly unique taste. Tori soba has a delicate taste and you may have different tastes, but it is very delicious.
