★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回は鶏そばを頂きました。鴨より安いし、鳥の出汁が美味しいです♪ そば好きの自分は、丼セットは頼まず、そば大盛りが丁度良いです。急いでる時には、大盛りざる蕎麦をさっとかきこんでます。好きな蕎麦屋さんなので、ご主人と奥様に、長く続けて頂きたいです。

天ぷら蕎麦のセットを注文、蕎麦つゆはやや薄めに感じたが、天ぷらはサクサク、とても美味しかった。日頃、蕎麦つゆは濃い味に慣れてしまっているがこれはコレで美味しい。近くに立ち寄ったらまた来よう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年7月9日(木)に初めて大村庵を訪れました。
梅雨の時季であり、小雨が降っている日でした。
お店の前には乗用車用の駐車場があります。
お店の造りはテーブル席、小上がり、カウンター席などがあり、コンパクトですが動線が良い配置です。
訪れた時の客は私一人でした。
ご主人お一人でお店の切り盛りをされていました。
店内ではテレビがつけられていて、民放のニュース番組が流れていました。
カウンター席に着くと冷たい水が出されました。
メニューを見るとお蕎麦だけでなく、丼物や定食などもそろっています。
天ぷらそばを食しました。
税込900円でした。
待っている間にパチパチと天ぷらを揚げる美味しそうな音が聞こえてきます。
温かい蕎麦の中にはわかめが入れられ薬味にネギがつきました。
蕎麦と天ぷらは別皿で出されました。
天ぷらは海老天と茄子天で衣はパリパリサクサクとしています。
海老天はぷりっとした弾力があり、茄子は美味があります。
蕎麦は白色に近いライトブラウン色でほどよい長さであり、温かい蕎麦であるのでやわらかく風味と味わいが良いです。
汁は節が効いていてほのかな甘みがあります。
美味しかったです。

I ate tempura soba.
It was 900 yen including tax.
While waiting, you can hear the crackling and tempura frying sounds.
Wakame was put in the warm buckwheat noodles and the seasoning was leek.
Soba and tempura were served on separate plates.
The tempura is shrimp tempura and eggplant tempura, and the clothes are crispy.
Ebi-ten has a lot of elasticity and eggplant has a delicious taste.
The buckwheat is a light brown color close to white and has a moderate length, and since it is a warm buckwheat, it has a soft flavor and good taste.
The soup is knotty and has a slight sweetness.
It was delicious.
