T	T N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 喫煙可のお店なので、タバコを吸って長居するお客さんが多いです。狭いお店なのでタバコが嫌いな人にはおすすめできません。肝心のおそばは白く、細く、コシはなくやわらかでした（たまたまゆですぎだった？）。充満するタバコの煙のせいで、そばをすすると同時に、口や鼻、肺に煙を吸い込んでしまい、そばの風味も汁のダシの味も良く分かりませんでした。もしかしたら、おいしいのかもしれませんが、私には全く味が分かりませんでしたので、味の評価はできません。料理を楽しむためのお店は禁煙が多いので、料理の味はともかく、タバコをゆっくり吸いたい人におすすめのお店だと思いました。 Because it is a smokable shop, there are many customers who stay long living by smoking cigarettes. 青	青木孝文 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019年12月27日(金)に久しぶりにそば処むらたやを訪れました。通りの向かい側には駐車場もあり、お店の造りはテーブル席や小上がりなどがあります。客層は老若男女幅広く、常連客も多いようです。出前もしている街のお蕎麦屋さんです。店内ではテレビがつけられていました。テーブル席に着くと熱いお茶が出されました。寒い日に温かいものはありがたいです。メニューには蕎麦だけでなくうどん、丼もの、カレーやセットものなど多種多様なものがあります。蕎麦以外の注文もけっこう多いようです。天ぷらそばの並を食しました。税込1000円でした。汁はほのかに甘く、蕎麦は長めであり、温かいそばであるためやわらかめで風味が良いです。具材は海老天、ナルト、インゲン豆、海苔に薬味は輪切りの白ネギなどです。海老天は大きめの海老が使われ、非常に弾力があり味わいもあります。衣はたっぷりと甘みがある汁を吸っていました。ナルトはほんのりとした甘みがあり、ネギはシャキシャキとしています。食後にはコーヒーがつくサービスもあります。アットホームで気前の良さを感じるお店です。美味しかったです。 I visited Soba restaurant Murataya after a long absence on Friday, December 27, 2019.
