★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シャンプーしてくれなかった。僕は美容院に行くのはカットよりもむしろシャンプーをしてもらうのが好きで行っていると言っても過言ではない。それなのに返信を見て腹がたった。来店した時に頭に何かつけていますか？と聞かれたがシャンプーの有無は絶対聞かれていない。カットの途中で５分500円の頭皮マッサージに興味を示したが、私はできないので。と断られた。オーナーができなくて誰ができるのであろうか。おそらくシャンプーをしたくないからだろう。技術も大事だがお客をもてなそうとする気持ちのほうがずっと大事だと思う。そういう気持ちが欠如していると思った。
