The menu has shrunk for a few years, but the taste remains the same. I visited with my daughter yesterday! ️My daughter visited for the first time in a long time, but I was impressed when I asked for a risotto! ️I would like to ask if you have more time! ️

ミ	ミヤモトヒロシ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ イタリアンのレストランですが、ラーメンが旨いと聞いて訪問。店内清潔感。コロナ禍の今、不安を感じない座席配置（コロナ以前を知りません）。まず店員さんが気さく。そして水が旨い♫ ラーメンは、ラーメン屋さんだけでやっていけそうな美味しいラーメン（自家製麺❗️イタリアンレストランなのに⁉️）。今回は、しょうゆラーメンをいただきましたが、次回はとんこつしおラーメンをいただきたいと思います。駐車場は広くありませんが、隣にハローワークの大きな駐車場が有りますので、そこに停めてもいいんじゃないかとは言いません。 Although it is an Italian restaurant, I visited because I heard that ramen was good. 高	高山博之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 角館ではイタリアンの老舗のお店。オープン当初は、バリバリのイタリアン専門店だったようですが、今はパスタ・ピザなど一般的なイタリアンと、なぜかラーメンも有ります。実は、ラーメンも美味しいと評判なんで悩みましたが、やはり王道のパスタをオーダー。メニューも豊富で迷いましたが、今日のオススメの「ズワイガニとトマトクリームソースパスタ」をオーダー。麺は生麺と乾麺から選べますが、折角なので生パスタで。まずは、サラダが出てきました。ドレッシングはお店の手作り。かなり酢の酸味が強い、甘みの少ないドレッシングですが、これが絶品。酢の味が好みの方は、どハマりすると思われます。お店で購入することもできますよ。パスタは、クリームソースと書いてるだけあって、かなり濃厚なソースです。が、しつこくは有りません。トマトの甘味もを程よく残して、酸味を抑えた味付けは、さすが老舗店の熟練でしょうね。麺は、もちろんモチモチの食感を味わえます。どちらかというと細めの麺より太麺が好きですので、私的にはソースとよく合うと思いました。細麺好きな方には、乾麺を選択して方が良いかと思いますけどね。生麺乾麺問わず、このトマトクリームソースは一度食べてみる価値は有りますね！このイタリアンのクオリティで作るラーメン、次回はそちらを食べてみたいものですね(#^.^#) Kakunodate is a long-established Italian restaurant. You can also purchase it at the store. Pasta is a very rich sauce, just because it says cream sauce. However, it is not persistent. It's probably the skill of a long-established store to season the tomatoes with a moderate sweetness and less acidity. Of course, you can enjoy the chewy texture of noodles. I prefer thick noodles to thin noodles, so I thought that it would go well with the sauce. If you like thin noodles, I think it's better to choose dry noodles. Regardless of raw noodles or dry noodles, this tomato cream sauce is worth trying once! This ramen made with Italian quality, next time I want to eat it (# ^. ^ #)
H	Hiroshi K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ すごーく昔（３０年前）の話になるんですが、当時コチラのお店がガチンコのイタリアンレストランだった頃、メインで出て来た「エゾ鹿のステーキ」が、僕の今まで（２０年間）食べた肉の中でも三本指に入るぐらい超絶美味かったんだよなぁ、という記憶をレビューを書いてて思い出しました・・。あれからだいぶ方向転換したらしく・・今では豚骨ラーメンとか軽いパスタを出す店になったんですね・・。まあソレはソレで普通に美味しいのですが・・あの衝撃的に美味かったステーキが食べれないと思うと・・ちょっと残念です・・。他のレビュアーの方もお昼の事しか書いてませんが・・夜になると以前のようにやってるんだろうか・・。ご興味ある方は直接お店に確認してみてください・・。それにしても「みちのく麺食い記者（写真参照）」も随分マニアックな所でロケするんだなぁ・・(^_^;) It's a long time ago (30 years ago), but when the restaurant here was an Italian restaurant in Gachinko, the "Ezo deer steak" that came out in the main was my past ( (20 years) I remembered when I wrote a review that it was so delicious that I could get it in three fingers among the meat I ate. 加	加藤陽子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチに、口コミの良かったこちらに伺いました。トマトスープパスタとカルボナーラ、そして、イタリアンなのにラーメンが美味しいというので「かつおと煮干の醤油ラーメン」を注文。残念ながら、口に合いませんでした。トマトスープパスタは、缶詰のトマト煮にお湯を入れたような薄口で、辛味がついてきたので、辛味を入れないと味がしない。カルボナーラも、ベーコンの旨味も感じられず、塩がほしいという感じ。口コミで良かったラーメンも、しょっぱかったです。 For lunch, I visited here with good reviews.
