私はこちらのお店が一番好きです。
子供の頃から食べ慣れているということもあるのですが、
餡の甘さ加減やもち米のもっちり感がこちらのお店が好みです。
柔らかすぎず、硬くもなくとても食べやすいです。
数年前になりますが、前日に早めに行くことを連絡しておくと、8時くらいからお店を開いてくれました。
There are several shops that sell mochi in Kakunodate,
I like this shop the most.
I've been used to eating since I was a kid,
I like this shop because of the sweetness of the bean jam and the sticky rice.
Not too soft and not too hard, it's very easy to eat.
It was a few years ago, but when I told him that I would go early the day before, he opened the store from around 8 o'clock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今ではあまり売っていない角館銘菓「えびす餅」(黒糖風味の御餅に甘い漉し餡)を手作りされています。とても美味しかったです。
Kakunodate's famous confectionery "Ebisu Mochi" (sweet bean paste with brown sugar flavored rice cake), which is not sold much now, is handmade. It was very delicious.
