あ	あまたか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レッドクリフ時に3回だけ遊ばせて貰った。初めて行った時、オーナーさんが凄い角度をした壁に、あれでもないこれでもない、と石を選んでたのを覚えてる。選んでる最中なのにこっちへのフォローも完璧で、靴のサイズが合ってないとのご指摘。5mm替えただけで嘘みたいに上まで登れる。凄え。友人とボルダリングの話をする機会があって思い出した。今の体重じゃ一番簡単なとこも無理なんで7kg痩せてからまた出直したい。 I was allowed to play only 3 times during Red Cliff. z	zwei heaven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5年位前、まだ店名がレッドクリフだった頃に通っていました。姫路～加古川周辺はボルダリングジムが結構多いのですが、店長Mさんのお人柄が素晴らしく、私はこちらをお気に入りのホームジムとして通いつめていました。こちらのジムの売りは、なんといっても奥のルーフ壁だと思います。傾斜180度＝ほぼ天井を這うようなルートを楽しめるのは、近隣ではおそらくここだけかと。お店の雰囲気は地元密着型という感じでアットホームながら、転勤者でよそ者の私も受け入れてくれて、とても居心地が良かったです。時間帯によっては子供連れのお客さんも多いので少し気を遣わないといけませんが。。設備としては服屋さんの試着スペースみたいな着替えルームと荷物ロッカーがあるだけで、シャワー等はありません。私は今はクライミングを休んでおり、加古川も離れてしまいましたが、いつかまた訪れたいと思っています。 I went there about five years ago when the name was Red Cliff. I'm absent from climbing now and Kakogawa has left, but I'd like to visit again someday.
M	M M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてボルダリングで少し不安でしたが、とても親切に説明や指導してくださいました！料金もとてもお安く、疲れたら向かいにあるマクドナルドで休憩し、また気を取り直して再チャレンジできました！ 3時間で終了し帰る頃には指先と腕が少しダルくなっていましたが数時間後には治りました。次の日がゴルフと話すとオーナー様が心配してくださって無理しない様にとアドバイスくださいました。お陰様で肩甲骨辺りが少し筋肉痛のようになりましたが1ホール目ですっかり無くなりました！また是非チャレンジしたいと思います。次はオレンジの⑥⑧頑張りますね！ I was a little worried about bouldering for the first time, but he kindly explained and taught me!
