本日立ち会い退去でしたが、担当してくださった方が大変素晴らしい方でした。
修繕費を水増しするようなことはなくむしろその逆で、出来るだけ貸借側の費用負担を少なくしようとしてくださいました。
ガイドライン通りかそれ以上の対応で、大変好感と信頼感を持ちました。
加古川で物件借りるならここしかない！と言わせていただきたいです(^-^)
 Thank you for taking care of the property in Kakogawa city at the company housing.
I witnessed and moved out today, but the person in charge was a very wonderful person.
They did not inflate repair costs, but rather vice versa, trying to reduce the cost burden on the lender side as much as possible.
I was very pleased and trusted by responding according to the guidelines or better.
This is the only place to rent a property in Kakogawa! I would like to say (^-^)
